When ‘risk management’ is mentioned, you may think of someone who performs detailed risk analysis and response as their job at a large financial institution or in managing large projects. In reality, we all need to be risk managers to some degree–both in our personal lives and in our professional lives. This article explores how we all should be risk managers in our professional lives regardless of whether ‘risk management’ is in our job description or not!
